I recognize that I made a last minute change in milk type, which I tried to get the attention of the lady who took our order, and then I apologized to the one at the door/window several times. I felt awful about it, but then she was very rude to us, never smiled, didn’t greet us, or tell us to have a good day or anything. And then gave a really negative reaction to me saying the rest of the drink was fine. We frequent the one in Richmond, va, but will be avoiding the one in Lynchburg now when we are out this way.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived - let’s just say a cone and I had a little disagreement in the parking lot. Kat went above and beyond handled it like a pro. She helped me pick out a great tasting Matcha and kept the good vibes going by supporting the team with words of encouragement. A very pleasant experience.

So I got coupons in the mail and went to use one before it expired and was told that the coupons was printed wrong and It expired before the date was shown and I could not used it which left a bad taste in my mouth. It should have been honored because it's not the customer's fault that the business f up. I think I'll just stay with Starbucks.

7 Brew is a genius concept. It's a bit tricky to order and it's advisable that you have their website up on your phone before you even pull into the drive-thru for not only viewing the menu options but also to apply their point based rewards and promos that makes their franchises cost effective. They desperately NEED AN APP! Why they don't have one with QR code links on the cups is a totally mystery.

Always the friendliest service. Even recommended a drink and how to order. The perfect coffee every. single. time. Always get an iced blonde can't go wrong!
