Triple 7 Sugar Free Caramel Chiller. I always have to have a triple Seven. 😉 (Extra espresso shot). The Arkansas stickers they gave today with a purchase look awesome. Service was good, I talked to the Batista for a minute even though they were kind of busy. This location is always busy!

I arrived at 7 Brew today expecting the usual great customer service I’ve experienced at other locations. The staff member who took our order was very kind, had a great sense of humor, and he took the time to verify our order was correct. When we arrived at the window, the staff member who provided our drinks had a completely different demeanor. She stated what drinks were in our order then proceeded to hand us the wrong drinks. When I asked her if she was sure the drinks were correct and mentioned them looking different, she asked me to try one. I assumed we were accidentally provided someone else’s order so I was thrown off by this request. I assumed she would verify another vehicle by us did not have the drink I mentioned mine looked like then have our drinks. Due to her request, I trie

The service & drinks are always good. I always get the same drink but despite them repeating it back to me it’s always a toss up on if I’ll actually get it or not. Im lactose intolerant so I always ask for almond milk, I understand it gets extremely busy but once I pull away, taste it & it’s clearly regular milk that’s $7 wasted & I typically don’t have time to go back through the line.

Ralie was so sweet and gave amazing customer service by helping me pick out my drink. I had never been there before, so she asked me what my favorite flavors were, so I told her Hazelnut. She suggested the Brunette for its Hazelnut and Caramel flavors and it was so good- just the pick me up I needed! Thanks Ralie I will definitely be back!

Tried this new coffee spot at the corner of Red Wolf and Stallings and it was good. I got a regular coffee and it was good and did not taste burnt or old like many other coffee shops. I got a fizz for my kid and he liked his drink as well. The music and chatter were a bit much and loud but I think that is their niche. I liked the music choices while we were waiting. More than likely, I will return.
