7 Brew Coffee

Definitely better than Starbucks taste wise and smoothness wise. Pleasantly surprised! We got iced blondie (vanilla & caramel) and iced latte, both almond milk and they tasted great! Blondie is, of course, quite sweet but not terribly. Be back again! 😊

Since the change in ownership for the one on central in Hot Springs, the service and atmosphere have taken a huge dive. The old crew they had in there were so friendly and fun to be around. They talked to you and were genuinely happy. This new crew feels like I'm at Starbucks! They don't have a friendly demeanor at at all! Part of the reason I go to 7 Brews is for the happy, positive start to my day and just to smile. Do better, be better.

Awful experience at this 7 brew. My husband's hot coffee with cream is fine but my chocolate shake (if you want to call it that) is horrible. It's just colored icy water. Very disappointed.

I usually don't care for 7Brew. I like smaller shops, but we were in a hurry to leave town after a very hard morning and this was on the way to the interstate. The employee who was delivering drinks was amazing. He chatted with us while we waited, which helped turn our morning around. He also made sure to wipe the outside of the cups to make sure there wasn't anything sticky.

I had the Santa's Cookie (sugar free ver.) It was delish! I think the service was bad timing we got there during a shift change and we didnt have our ordered taken till we got to the front of the line, so we had a longer wait time because of that. Friendly staff just a circumstance that was uncontrollable.
