7 Brew Coffee

Shoutout to Jess at 7 Brew! She did an amazing job helping me figure out exactly what kind of drink I like. She was patient, knowledgeable, and had such a great attitude the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about giving great customer service. Jess made the experience fun and easy—she’s a gem! I’ll definitely be back.

I asked for a black tea with lemonade and strawberry and all it tasted like was strawberry like no lemonade and black tea it should not be that red it should still be little more black . And the second drink did not tast right And when taking our oder you should be much nice to paying customers and not have Attitude when customers are adding stuff for their drinks I work at a coffee shop I would know I was not happy with my experience.

I was really disappointed with my experience on the 20th. My drink came out wrong—the cold foam was so minimal you could barely see it, and the cup was packed with ice even though I asked for light ice, along with the cups had so much flavor just sitting at the bottom. (Do they mix the flavors with espresso before adding milk?) When I mentioned it, the barista gave me an annoyed look and even let out an “ugh” under her breath. There was no offer to remake the drink or make it right, which was surprising because the 7 Brew locations in Colorado have always been amazing. On top of that, the only interaction I had was the iPad being pushed at me for a tip. Definitely not the level of service I’ve come to expect.

I was so excited to try this new coffee place as I absolutely love my iced coffees. 7 Brew did not disappoint. Not only are the options unlimited but the service is outstanding. The girls there are so fast and so friendly. Nancy and her team are doing an amazing job and it keeps me coming back!! I appreciate the amazing coffee and the amazing service!! Keep it up ladies!

My husband ordered a hot coffee, the lid was not on and it spilled all over him and the car. We asked for napkins and she came back casually and was trying to hand us our other drinks. She handed the same hot drink and the lid would not stay on and she said, Yes, our cups are not very good. We just asked for an iced one. The other drink also didnt have the lid on tight. She was not remorseful nor acted like it was a big deal. Poor customer service.
