7 Brew Coffee

I ordered a chiller with cream and ended up getting an iced energy with whipped cream on top. When I pointed it out the worker helping me said "oh yeah that was supposed to be a chiller, one second" and toom back the drink. Instead of remaking it and putting cream in it they just barely bended it and put it in a cup. The ice chunks were huge and the cream didnt mix in because of that and because it was just whipped cream blended. I understand how it can get busy there but I was there at 7 in the morning on a Saturday and there was only one other car in the drive through. Very disappointing, especially since you're paying close to $8 for a single drink.

Don't get me wrong I like 7 brew but the employees man! They are all young people that would rather socialize than work. I included a picture of a girl that left us in line for over 15 minutes so she could socialize and laugh with what I'm assuming is her friend. Who had her drink the whole time! The line next to us was moving swiftly. Oh and I live in the neighborhood and at night there's a "biker club" that congregates here being ridiculously loud! 7Brew, get it together man who's management and where did you find this manager who obviously is not managing??

Dominique was so sweet! She absolutely made my day and was super helpful, she gave me a lot of compliments and I left smiling. She is definitely a great employee and 7Brew I lucky to have her!

So I go here daily but after Today I’m second guessing. I got a water full of animal hair and debris Maybe you need to train staff on keeping their clothes clean from PET HAIR or supplying a uniform because that’s just gross! 🤢

I absolutely love this place. I've never been much of a coffee guy or someone that indulges with these things so I've tried several in Cheyenne and I can honestly say that for my taste buds and what I'm looking for is seven Brew is legit off the hook! They're strawberry smoothie is the best that I've ever had and I consider myself a little bit of a snob when it comes to smoothies and that smoothie they make is so good! Always good people friendly very professional and they're great at small talk while you're waiting for your drinks.
