7 Brew Coffee

We’ve been visiting 7brew since they opened their original stand. This location is now the one closest to home and the one we frequent the most. We frequently switch up our drink orders and try new things. For my husband, it’s a 7energy always. Lately he’s been getting the midnight rain with lavender. I’ve been enjoying the lemonade with a scoop of strawberry, plus a half scoop of pineapple and a half scoop of mango. But the coffees are incredible as well. Their seasonal flavors are always delicious, right now I’ve enjoyed the cookie butter latte. I also enjoy the fact that I can get a 7brew-box and treat my coworkers to coffee as well, and it’s always hot and yummy. Always a crowd pleasure. We adore our local 7brew!

It hurts me to write this review, but I feel that others should be made aware of my troubles and why I am dropping 7brew as part of my routine. I have been going to 7brew for several years now to several different locations and have always loved the environment and the convenience. But today marks my last day of checking drinks or getting sick because the newly trained staff dont know/care about the issues with glucose or lactose intolerance. There is no system in place for accountability, I order a very simple drink 95% of the time a large iced sugar free caramel macchiato made w/ oatmilk. More that 50% of the time its either not sugar free or it has whole milk, both of which will make me incredibly sick. Its not part of a diet routine its an actual allergy. I always have the best experience at 7 Brew, and Carson makes it even better! She is so friendly, upbeat, and welcoming every time I come through. She goes out of her way to make sure my order is perfect and always brightens my day with her positive energy. Carson truly represents what great customer service should be! I leave with a yummy drink and a smile! She’s wonderful!

Taylor is absolutely amazing! I feel like good customer service is so hard to come by that I had to leave a review. She’s always so friendly, upbeat, and makes every visit to 7Brew such a great experience. She remembers orders, makes the drinks perfectly, and goes above and beyond to brighten your day. Taylor is truly the best part of my coffee run—highly recommend asking for her!

The menu has something for everyone—whether you want a classic coffee, an energy drink boost, or something sweet and fun. What really makes this place stand out is the customer service. The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. The drive-thru experience is fast, but never rushed, and they always take a moment to chat and brighten your day.
