7 Brew Coffee

They made 2 of our drinks wrong today, they remade them which was great but then the girl started scolding us that we should order better. That all they got was strawberry (the drink we never ordered, we ordered nothing close to strawberry) that if we could order properly in the future it would save everyone time. Maybe they should train the guy taking the orders.

Come on 7 Brew! today I pulled up to order a coffee and the young man taking my order handed me his iPad and he said “here, put your number in, it’ll be easier”. So I put my number in and handed it back to him. he handed it back to me and said “here’s your past orders so pick what you want”. So I did and handed his iPad back to him then he handed me back the iPad requesting a tip. It irritates me when coffee places do this anyway, but he didn’t do anything but hand me the iPad. He did not greet me. He did not say thank you, he did not even enter the information himself, nothing. It’s customer service like this that really influences decisions of people when choosing a place to go. Although I do love the 7 brew coffee, I will think twice before going there next time. I got a coffee. It was my first time ever trying a 7 brew but the gentleman was so sweet, understanding and patient with me. PS I drink some before posting but it was filled to the brim 😋

The drive-thru here really needs attention. I come almost every day, and the large pothole has continued to get worse over time. Since this location is primarily drive-thru based, maintaining the pavement should be a priority. It’s frustrating to hit such a big pothole every visit, especially at a place I otherwise enjoy.

I came to this place around 20 minutes before closing, it’s my first time going to 7brew. This sweet woman covered my drink! I told her that I was going to pay and she insists that I keep the drink and that I should enjoy my night, which means a lot to me because I was on the road trip and it was nice getting a free drink as a surprise. :) The location is really cool, I love their blue light and the texas logo on them lol.
