My husband and I love this place! Their menu has some classic favorites like orange chicken and fried rice. However, their bahn Minh, the spring rolls, pho is definitely why we keep coming back! Love it!!
The pho is ok, I had better. The broth was cloudy I wonder if they mix in pho flavor powder to it. I came because I saw that the restaurant has 4.8 stars, but it was just ok. Maybe the other food in their menu is better. Their thai tea is really good tho. Their service is is not bad but not the best either.
Arrived at this Vietnamese restaurant at noon on Sunday, surprisingly found that there were not too many customers, the decoration inside the store was simple but clean. Tasted their Vietnamese beef noodles, I felt that the soup was very rich and sweet, and the bowl was very large, which was probably worthy of the price. Although the serving process was a bit problematic, for example, I ordered two bowls of the same beef noodles, but they were served separately after a period of time, which was not ideal, but the waiter's attitude was quite thoughtful, which can add some points.
Very solid bowl of pho, although not the most complex of flavors. It's simple, comforting, and it works. The egg rolls aren't bad either. The bun bo hue smelled and looked very good, but the broth was very underwhelming. It lacked the depth and flavor that I'm normally used to, and I probably wouldn't get this again. Despite that, both noodle soups had excellent cuts of meat. The sliced meats were very soft and tender, which surprised us. The star of the show, however, is their fresh pineapple juice. We didn't expect it to taste so delicious, but it was so fresh and so refreshing. They actually use real pineapples! Although we didn't get a picture of it, trust me when I say it was phenomenal! Another thing to note is that they offer a variety of fixings at your table to add more dimension
One of the standout aspects of Pho is that I've yet to come across a truly disappointing experience. This restaurant, however, truly shines with its incredible flavor and value. The house special was a highlight, with the ribeye, brisket, and meatballs combining perfectly, and the generous portion sizes were a welcome surprise. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the broth was nothing short of exceptional - I found myself craving it like a morning cup of coffee. While the service was a bit slow, likely due to a high volume of delivery orders, the cozy atmosphere made up for it, even if the decor was a bit understated.
