Excellent customer service and very polite personnel. A whole lot of product and very interesting how the employee was very knowledgeable about the products and the company. I purchased many items and souvenir. I highly recommend the place. It is fisherman owned and operated.

Were able to quickly turn around our already filleted fish which was great. Price was high compared to other fish processors even for small town Alaska. The worst part was once we got home with our fish we realized that roughly 50 percent of our vacuum sealed bags we not completely sealed (open), had air in them or the filletes were folded over on themselves seemingly to "save room". Really weird, I have never had this issue anywhere else.

The management and owners are a joke. Should be legally charged for the way they treat employees. Maybe you should read a book on how to treat people and another on how to run a business. If ZERO stars could be given, it would be perfectly fitting.
