We attended a special one-night only event featuring chef Amber Kuespert, showcasing Korean delights. The food did not disappoint! Excellent. Loved our waitperson; very sweet, friendly and prompt. We loved the lake community atmosphere; we felt welcomed, and fit right in with locals. They had an incredible selection of alcoholic beverages, as well.

If you’re going with a large party, I do not recommend. Went here for my sister in laws birthday and over all, had a terrible time. 45 mins between drinks, 2.5 hours for food and a rude bartender. Overall, not a pleasant time. While the food was good and I under stand staffing might have been new to the establishment, it still baffled me to see how senior staffing or even the owner did not step in to help with a large group. To top it off, 1 person in the party’s order was not placed and they had to wait an additional 20 or so mins for their food to come out while everyone else ate. The lady who was taking our drinks was great! But everyone else, terrible attitudes. Maybe as a couple or a small party this place is fine, but don’t go here to celebrate an event and think you’ll have the same

I will never return to this place again. From what I over heard turn over is very high here which causes long delays in waiting for food an drinks. Went there as a party of 14 yes kinda large but all together there was 25 to 30 people in the whole place. Took 45 mins to get drink orders. An 2 hours to get food. Then they forgot to put my order in so by the time (extra 30 mins) my food arrived most of our party was done eating. Then to top it off it took over another hour just to get our Bill's and they were wrong. Like how can me an my old lady order a drink each an they try an charge us for 6 over priced drinks? The food it self was ok once it arrived but until the owner can retain staff for longer then a week so they can get some good training i will probably not return. O and on a side

6 on James had the largest spirits list I've ever seen and a very good beer selection as well. Our server was extremely attentive and very nice as well. They also had some really enjoyable livw music playing. Only downside was the food. It wasn't bad, but for the pricing, the portions were small and it tasted like cheap bar food. Not what we were expecting. Overall, it's a place I'd enjoy visiting again.

This a nice setting on the lake. Their selection of bourbon is one of the best that I have seen. They have your standard bourbons as well as some nice allocated bourbons. The food was good but not amazing. Service seemed a little cold as the bar tender seemed to not be too concerned about our presence. Overall you need to visit this place and check out the bourbons. Maybe we just had an off night for the service.
