5th & Main - True Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I stayed here when they first opened and had a wonderful time! We were treated like family and felt very welcomed and cared for. The owners have taken great care, gone to great lengths to conserve the historic significance, and keep the iconic look to this very old house. This is a VERY RARE find.

We stayed at 5th & Main and enjoyed a very large bedroom and huge bathroom. My breakfast could have fed a family of four. John and Stacy the inn keepers couldn’t have been more accommodating and were very knowledgeable about the history of the mansion and Rio Vista.

Make this your destination. not just a place to spend the night. Beautiful on the inside. The service is by people who care how good your stay is.

Beautiful restored B&B, currently waiting city approval for sleep overs, but great location for special events and food events.

Just visited didn't stay. Looking for a place my relatives can rent for an event held in Rio Vista.
