Chef Sajan and the 5th Element team made our 25th wedding anniversary party a phenomenal success! From the initial consultation, Chef Sajan impressed us with his openness to our ideas and his expertise in guiding us toward a perfect menu. Our discussions were lively, productive, and ultimately resulted in a customized selection, complete with some delightful surprises from the Chef. On the day of the event, the 5th Element crew arrived promptly and transformed the dining area before we even got there. The decorations, featuring their dishes and various trinkets, were spectacular and made the celebration feel more like a vow renewal than just a party. The food itself was a true highlight.
