I don't know the place very well, only been there twice, but my experience is satisfactory, well definitely go again when I have a chance. I got their soft dipped ice cream, and I liked it. Young kids that worked there are always very polite. It's that classic little business almost in the middle of nowhere, where time seems to have been frozen. Peaceful, simple, and enjoyable.

It was extremely hot inside with the air conditioner on. The food was not pleasing at all. I would have just got the sandwich if I knew a basket included a very small cup of coleslaw and maybe 8 French fries for an extra $4.50. This place has gone down hill. I used to enjoy stopping at this little restaurant/ice cream shop. Didn't stick around for the ice cream. We were too disappointed with the food.

The absolute worst place to go for anything to eat. Unless u like dried mac n cheese and disgusting wilted chicken Ceasars salad. Only buy water and drinks. I guess because its the only place in middle-of-the- highway. Wendy's has better food and service!!! 45 mins for a chicken Ceasars salad is ridiculous...i had to throw it away but managed to take pix of dried mac n cheese ..🤮 🤮 🤮 🤮

I have to applaud the dedication on display here. Since the new management took over, we've been here around 10 times, and they have achieved an impressive 90% error rate on my orders. That level of consistency in inconsistency takes real talent. Their speciality seems to be defying the very nature of the twist ice cream. They have the machine. It swirls. Yet, requesting a twist cone is apparently a request too complex, too challenging for this ice cream shop 8 or 9 times out of 10. They've also mastered the art of the dramatic hand-off. Picture this: ice cream, already mid-collapse, overflowing like a dairy volcano, presented to you as if this is perfectly normal. Let's talk about the sundaes. We've given this place about 5 chances since it's gotten new ownership and I will confidently say we will NOT be back. From now on we will be driving the extra 5 minutes to Benton tasty freeze because they know what they're doing there. Idk how many times we've ordered a sundae with twist ice cream and they do it wrong every. Single. Time. It's not hard to understand. This time they gave us the sundaes with vanilla when we asked for twist and then they gave us another ice cream that was only twist. On top of that I had 2 pretzels and nothing else on my sundae. I'm paying how much for a sundae when all I'm eating is plain vanilla ice cream. these people do not know what they're doing.
