Best wholesale bakery and bread from Chicago. I had a burger at Au Cheval and found out 3D Baking makes their buns! The burger tastes better than ever! 100/10

My family lives right behind the bakery and everything always smells HEAVENLY. In addition to that, they are SO friendly to the neighborhood- friends, visiting family, even kids I was babysitting for over the summer have stopped by the door to be greeted with free samples of some of their baked goods. The brioche rolls are delicious and they have these awesome cinnamon raisin crispy cracker things- to die for. Honestly, if they opened up a store front out of the bakery, I would happily be a paying regular!

Thanks for letting me know that you own the parking spots out front. You caught me in a bad moment as the street was also blocked for tree trimming. I wish you didn't need to take up parking spots right near a park in a residential area but it sounds like you are good neighbors and this is the cost of mixing residential and business spaces. We bought your bread at Glencoe Farmers Market on the 29th at 5:00PM. Both your fruit bread and sourdough were extremely STALE and very disappointing for $30 for 3 loafs. We would expect fresh bread for $10/ loaf especially at a farmers market in Glencoe! This is in response to you wanting my venmo, im not really wanting to put my cell but should have my name in your venmo from July 29….

We live around the corner from these folks -- they are very friendly and extremely generous with bread for people in the neighborhood. The ciabatta loaves are some of the best bread I've ever had! Love these guys!
