305 Twin’s Food Truck

Being a “gringo” from Miami, when I see Cuban food in the land of tacos and bbq, I always stop and check it out. The service was great, the owner is friendly and helpful with the menu. After I ordered she said, “thank you for trying my food” just an authentic woman making authentic Cuban food. Now let’s get to the food, the smell from opening up the carton immediately took me back to Versailles on Calle Ocho. The taste did not disappoint either, I got the bistec encebollado, it was delicious and a lot of food. The real star of the show was the plantains, they were perfectly done. I have 3 suggestions, add aroz con pollo (the yellow rice version) and palomilla steak. Lastly move closer than east round rock! Truly great people making great food!

I have had the Mass Frita here many times and it is consistently delicious. I do wish they would change up the sides as I prefer the easy it is normally served in Miami, with Arroz Blanco, Frijoles Negros and Madurai’s . (My three year old won’t eat it with Tostones and Congo! Overall, though some of the best Cuban food in the area. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the flan or Tamale but the main dishes are on point and the service is friendly!

Id give more stars if it would let me.... hands down the best Cuban food ive ever had... the only 1 star review they have is about the Cuban sandwich not having flavor... thats what I ordered and im positive they either didnt actually have one or they are sick and tastebuds aren't working.... best Cuban sandwich in texas for sure

The true taste of Cuban food is found in this place, with friendly service and fast service. A place I'll always return to.

Incredible time we had ,the food is spectacular. You definitely have to come if you want to remember the taste of Cuba
