Love the food here. It’s our first time for Peruvian Food and absolutely loved it. The better thing is the service. Absolutely excellent! Nelly, went above and beyond, with her service mind and food recommendations. We I really appreciate it. Her kindness truly made our experience special.❤️

Amazing service the moment you walk in! Jose was so welcoming and attentive. He even gave recommendations to local places to visit. Food was outstanding- all flavorful and great portions. Drinks weren’t amazing but good and fun presentation. Super chill atmosphere inside - some homeless roaming outside and parking isn’t that great since it’s in a shopping center but overall a fantastic lunch experience. Certainly would recommend.

This place needs to be packed every night! The service was amazing, everything we tried was incredible, and it was our first time trying Peruvian food. They brought fried plantains with a slightly spicy sauce out for a starter. Nicole was our server! So nice, took time to answer any questions we had, and brought out our entrees at the perfect time. Highly recommend 305!

If you looking for a Good Peruvian restaurant , you have to come to 305 Peruvian restaurants. My waiters was Alejandra, she recommended me the Fettuccine Huancaina sauce with Salmon and for my husband, fettuccine huancaina with lomo saltado and let me tell you, IT WAS AMAZING. Food excellent and Alejandra’s service was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, perfect for a romantic dinner. 100% recommended

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic lunch at 305 Peruvian Modern Cuisine in Brickell, Miami! We started with the Jalea Mix, which was perfectly crispy and packed with fresh seafood—such a delicious, crunchy appetizer that really hit the spot. For our mains, we shared the Lomo Saltado Pasta Pesto (or whatever the exact name is for that incredible fusion dish), and it was out of this world! The tender stir-fried beef combined with the creamy Peruvian-style pesto pasta was flavorful, hearty, and perfectly executed. We finished with the Cuatro Leches Lucuma for dessert—rich, creamy, and with that unique lucuma twist that made it stand out. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and presented beautifully.
