We had a great experience dining here while we were staying at The Abbey resort. Had dinner 2 nights and the service and food was amazing. Eddie greeted and seated us. He was very professional and had a great sense of humor. We had Sara and Jack for our servers and both were outstanding and had great recommendations. Highly recommend the PAPPARDELLE ALLA RAGOUT pasta dish. The steaks were also cooked perfectly and delicious. Highly recommend dining here and can't wait to come back!

Eddie, who greeted us and took us to our table was fantastic. However, the waitress took a long time to not only get our drinks, but also take our order and for us to receive our food. We sat down at 5:55 pm and we didn’t get our food till about 6:40pm. I do recall stating to my wife “it shouldn’t take over a half hour to cook two burgers and fries.” With that said, the fries were hot and really good. The burger was not good. The bun was the worst part. It was “floury”. Tasted doughy and dry. It really took away from the burger rather than compliment it. I ended up eating it like an open face sandwich by taking off the top part of the bun. Also, to make it more flavorful we added mayonnaise and ketchup. The dish is really not worth the value. Restaurant 240 West was terrible. The breakfast menu was especially disappointing. The avocado toast was basically just toast with an extremely thin layer of avocado. The potatoes that came with the omelet were awful — they had no potato flavor at all, it felt like eating vegetable oil. For the pancakes, I asked to add bananas (+$2) and blueberries (+$2). They added about six thin slices of banana and maybe eight blueberries. They don’t even have cappuccino — only regular drip coffee. Overall, a very disappointing place. I would not recommend it.

Excellent wedge salad, had the beef rib and strip steak. Loved the broccolini. New favorite place in lake Geneva. Don’t chance a thing!
