20th Street Pizza

Wow wow wow. Being lactose intolerant, I never get to enjoy pizza anymore, which is why I was so excited to discover this place which is both kosher (IKC) and Vegan in philly! It surpassed expectations and I went THREE times in the tree days I was in town. Delicious, intentional pie flavors paired with a paper thin, sourdough crust that is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend!

We needed a quick bite after a tough workout, our hunger amplified by the fact that I hadn't eaten in nearly 22 hours. Our craving led us to what in my opinion is the best vegan pizza in the city - 20th St. Pizza. Known for their consistently fresh pies, 20th St. Pizza handcrafts their pizzas with the best crust, a variety of unique sauces, and delectable toppings. Our usual go-to is the haymaker pizza, a delightful combination of garlic sauce, vegan mozzarella, Italian sausage, red onion, tomato sauce, and oregano. However, the backup options are equally tempting - the Funghi pie is a flavorful mix of garlic sauce, vegan mozzarella, cashew cheese, local assorted mushrooms, sweet onions, and Parmesan. Fantastic pizza - and fully vegan! We stuffed ourselves here after the Rocky Run. The whole pies are huge so we had a variety of slices - nearly ended up with a full pie, but got to try some of everything. Favourites were the white pizza and the haymaker! The garlic knots also should not be missed! Thought it was really good value and great to have a fully vegan menu! Ran out of room for the cookies but will definitely return if we are in Philly again!

We came here while driving through Philly and omg! The pizza and garlic knots were delicious! We finished the calzone at home which was amazing! And the homemade soft serve is great too! We decided that we'll just bring home food from them every time we're in Philly (since we're in Brooklyn NY). Large ADA gender neutral restroom.

Went out seeking vegan pizza while traveling. I had the very thin crust white and a thicker crust spicy potato. Both were crispy, flavorful, cooked perfectly, and made with care. There is water available without buying plastic and the pizza was delivered to the table with a friendly smile. You can grab slices and sit…and then have more! Ahimsa pizza appreciation!
