Nice little place food is good but staff doesn’t like to speak English or not welcoming for everyone
After reading the reviews here, I went to this place to eat. People said the food was good. Let's start with the food: I ordered lamb roast, and it was served on a worn out plate wrapped in aluminum foil :O :O The server just left it there as if whatever. That plate seems to have been in use for decades!!! WOW!!! I felt hurt seeing the aluminum foil as how toxic foods I must be eating here with the money I am spending. There were two slices of lamb and a slice of lamb rib. The meat was soft but the smell was bad. I held my breath as I ate it. I also mixed the lamb with sauce to forget its smell. Because it was cooked too long, the taste of the meat was gone, practically. I asked to replace the rice with naan. So, the Naab braed was partially burnt as you can see in the picture too. They w
This place is on point!!! All the food was fresh and made quickly. Took it to go but I have sat at this place and it’s delicious. This is not a place you for atmosphere and all that junk is simply great food very nice people working there.
This is a small restaurant that serves tremendous flavor. The food was absolutely perfection. I decided to have the rotisserie chicken with rice topped with vegetables and it came with soup (marag) and salad, side of lemon and Yemeni hot sauce. Very generous portion and delicious. Hands down would go back to Bronx just to eat here. The rice was fluffy and aromatic and the chicken was roasted well and juicy. Service was fast and nice. Lots of drinks to choose from including Yemeni products and a self serve tea station. Basbousa was sweet and soft.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arth Aljanathain, and I can confidently say it's the best Yemeni restaurant I've ever had the privilege of visiting! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with traditional Yemeni decor that transported me to the heart of Sana'a. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure every need was met. But the real star of the show was the food - oh, the food! Every dish we ordered was a flavor explosion that left us wanting more. The saltah, the kebabs, the mandi... everything was cooked to perfection and presented with love. If you're a fan of Yemeni cuisine or just looking to try something new, Arth Aljanathain is a must-visit destination. Trust me, you won't be disappointed
