1905 Bar & Grill

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. We just happened to be passing through the area and saw that this place had good reviews, and it’s for good reason! It was a quiet, high-end atmosphere with friendly staff and killer food. We made it just in time for the happy hour menu. We ordered the short rib nachos, tapatio honey wings and shared a crispy chicken sandwich. Then we finished our meal with the tres leches bread pudding. It was all outstanding. The short rib was so tender and completely falling apart and the cheese sauce was so good. The wings had a lovely heat to them and a great texture. The sandwich was awesome. Have been there now several times at different times. Chicken and waffles was solid maybe just a hair to hard on the waffles. The concept is awesome! Love the support local farms and different industries. Not super kid friendly but it’s a bar and grill so I know that’s not the main clientele. Staff appeared to have very good work ethic, very courteous they maintained awareness of their reach and did their best to conduct themselves professionally. For whatever reason the couple of times I’ve been there now strikes me as they need some sort of support system when they experience big influx of people.

Had the best dining experience due to our server Danielle. She was phenomenal and knew exactly what to recommend on the menu. She made our experience at 1905 exceptional. She definitely deserves acknowledgment for her exceptional customer service. Atmosphere & music were a plus as well. Highly would recommend

This place is what the valley needs. I am never disappointed when I come. Not only is the food amazing, but the service is outstanding. Food is top notch quality and the drinks are amazingly crafted each and every time. I had the chance to get to speak to the bar and food manager. She is so sweet and kind and very caring for what she does and caring towards her staff. She is an awesome example of a strong, down to earth leader. And the bar staff never fails to make me smile no matter who it is. Least to say this place is 10/10 across the board and you won’t be disappointed.
