10 out of 10. I’ve tasted Kuya Lito’s Lechon creations a few times from Filipino gatherings here in Washington State. He even chopped the Lechon off and served it while it’s hot for us. I direct ordered from him and recommended his Roasted Pork to some of my friends too. It didn’t disappoint us! Always crispy skin on the outside, meat is juicy and tasty on the inside. Perfect! The taste of Pinas Lechon. Only you can find at 1812 Lechon Haus. Very highly recommended.
