1754 House Restaurant is a must-visit. The food is outstanding—don’t miss the 1754 burger or the mac and cheese with pulled short ribs; both are absolutely delicious. The drink menu is equally impressive, with great options for both cocktail lovers and non-alcoholic drinkers. Service is first-rate. Our server, Tamika, was bright, knowledgeable and very attentive. Always smiling and provided close to the best service we’ve ever experienced. Finally, the ambiance ties it all together: festive, warm, and cozy upstairs, with a live band downstairs adding extra energy and making for a perfect nightcap. An all-around excellent dining experience.

Amazing experience but two huge issues. Let's start with the good. This place is quaint, charming and cozy! We arrived for our dinner and stay and were greeted by Scott at the front of the house. This man is a true gem! Found us a spot to sit and have drinks by the fire, offered to take a plcture of us and was so attentive the entire evening! Drinks were wonderful. We sat for dinner and let me say I can not recall a better meal! The filet was cooked perfectly and we also tried the burger which was stellar! The restaurant is perfect for an occasion or just a night out. The service was also top notch! |Now to the bad. Our room was quaint and cozy. No mini fridge which was dissapointing. But that we can live with. The bathroom a good size especially for an old home but the toilet is so close

What a great restaurant and inn. We have had a few meals here and it’s always amazing. Recently we sat at the bar and had lunch. 1754 is the best burger … something in the charr? . The service was top notch and very attentive. … oh and bye bye truffle fries … duck fat fries just trumped your existence!

We had our rehearsal dinner here in December and it was absolutely amazing. The room was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the team was so responsive and helpful throughout our planning process. The food was also amazing. We highly recommend and are so grateful for the memories made here that night!

A charming, old New England tavern (we went only for dinner) with a pub-like ambience. The food was fine, but the menu was more limited than I would have liked. The best part was the espresso martini I had for dessert 😊.
