Loved the experience- loved the food. We have had dim sum a few times, but I didn't know what each of the items were and there is a picture book on the counter where you order that shows pictures of each item. Very helpful ! we can't wait to come back again!

128 Dim Sum is hands down one of the most authentic and delicious Chinese dining experiences in the Lehigh Valley. Some menu items were already sold out by the time we arrived—which honestly just gives us the perfect excuse to go back again. I highly recommend trying at least one item from each section of the menu. The dim sum itself is phenomenal, fresh, and FULL of flavor. The space is small, so you may end up ordering and taking your meal to go, but if you’re lucky enough to snag a seat, it’s absolutely worth it. Service is quick, friendly, and dishes come out as soon as they’re ready—no particular order. Efficient. A must-visit for anyone craving truly authentic Chinese cuisine.

I love it here! Food is delicious, love the shrimp rice rolls, buns, soup dumplings and beef noodle soup. Great atmosphere, intricate wooden carvings and decor.

128 Dim Sum is an authentic Chinese restaurant specializing in traditional dim sum. Located on East Broad Street in Bethlehem, it's open Thursday through Monday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a one hour break from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. My brother and I stopped in for lunch for the first time this past Friday. With the cold air settling in and snow on the way, it was the perfect day for hot soup and dim sum. We shared a selection of dishes, including sui mai king (plump, open-topped dumplings filled with shrimp), corn and chicken dumplings, delicate soup dumplings, pork buns filled with sweet, tender pork, and a shrimp steamed rice roll. After we finished the dim sum dishes, we moved onto the noodles. I ordered the beef noodle soup, and my brother went with the shrimp wonton noodles. All

Solid mom and pop spot with limited seating. Food was made to order and I really enjoyed everything. Will be going back again soon
