12 Ocean Grill

Stopped into 12 Ocean Grill for lunch and had an absolutely outstanding fish & chips. As a restaurant owner myself, I really appreciate when the basics are executed at a high level - and this was exactly that. The fish was perfectly cooked: light, crispy batter on the outside, flaky and fresh on the inside, with fries that were hot, well-seasoned, and clearly cooked with care. Nothing greasy, nothing rushed — just really well done food. Great vibe, friendly service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they put on the plate. If you’re anywhere near Seabrook and craving seafood, this is a no-brainer. I’ll definitely be back. Erik

Wow! This place is fantastic - the food, service, price, atmosphere, and staff are all top-notch. The food is incredible, and the location is quite unassuming. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant. The lighting is a bit on the darker side, but it's comfortable. My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. I had the fish and chips, and she had the coconut shrimp with a side salad. We also shared some delicious crispy onion rings. Unfortunately, I heard about the famous seafood chowder from another diner a bit too late. We will definitely be returning!

We ordered the fisherman's platter. Everything was great except our scallops were rotten! We said something to our waitress she completely ignored us.

We had such a wonderful time at 12 Ocean Grill. We had a party of 12. The service was outstanding, the food was hot and delicious. The service was perfect. We will be back to have our family gathering here. ❤️

I have been there a bunch of times and it's always been Fantastic?!?? Today must have been a different cook or an off day ??? Baked lobster came out over cook with no butter left in dish? Had to ask for mealed butter ??? 10 oz ribeye was more like prime rib??
