Came here Valentine's Day & actually sat behind the gentlemen who also shared his very real experience of waiting over an hour for an appetizer. To his credit and the credit of others, many were understanding and patient to a certain point. My gf and I waited over an hour for our Calamari and 1.5Hrs for 1 cocktail. Being that you can see right into the kitchen you could tell how behind and understaffed they were. Some you could tell were certainly trying the best and most employees were doing 3/4 different jobs. We were understanding and patient the entire time especially as you could see the entire restaurant displeased with the service, but the food as always was phenomenal. 2+ hrs for our mains, a pulled pork Mac & cheese & a Vegetable Stir Fry. Was it worth the wait? Definitely not, bu

We’ve been here a few times. This is the first time we’ve had a bad experience. No bar tender so only wine and beer. Ordered moscato and a few minutes later the server informed us they’re out of moscato. Was served water - found a lengthy hair floating in it. Server took our glasses and came back with more water. However the water had more floating particles and fibers. I know better than to send it back again. So I went thirsty instead of trying to get another drink. Steaks were cooked a little more than what we ordered but it was still fine - the mashed potatoes were phenomenal though! Service was good. Hardly anyone in the restaurant so was very private and quiet setting.

Very disappointing experience tonight. I am visiting from outside of town and thought it would be great for my family of 11 to go out for dinner. It was pretty empty, so I was optimistic that it would be great. First of all our waitress while nice was MIA and we twice had to get a manager. Then the food was cold or overcooked, so much so a lot of us never finished our meal. Instead of the waitress offering to make it right, she apologized and disappeared. The manager was no better, she came over and assessed then she too disappeared. They did adjust the bill, but we all would have liked to have our meals. We are ordering pizza now since we really aren't able to eat. I would have understood if the restaurant was packed, but we counted 16 people total on this big restaurant, our table s

Blown away by our dining experience the other evening. My best friend and I went to visit family in NY and made a stop for dinner. She’s celiac and we’ve heard great things about 110. Our server was delightful and the food was even better! A manager even brought her food to her! Dennis was quite the catch with his cheerful spirit and thoughtfulness! We are so grateful to be able to dine together again due to her allergies and 110 made that possible, what a great location thanks to Dennis and his team !

The dry pulled pork sandwich was honestly disappointing from start to finish. The pork itself lacked seasoning and flavor, making the whole sandwich taste bland and lifeless. Even the pickles were dry, which somehow made the sandwich feel even more dull instead of adding the usual tang and crunch. The bread and meat together had almost no flavor unless I dunked the sandwich in ketchup, which ended up being the most flavorful thing on my plate. I also tried the ranch on the side hoping it might help, but it was thin and watery and didn’t add much at all. On top of that, the service was pretty slow—it took about eight minutes just to get a glass of water. Overall, the sandwich needed a lot more seasoning, moisture, and flavor to be enjoyable. Our server only came up to our table twice in the
