1+1 Hibachi Express

First time coming by after receiving a flyer. The food was fresh, delish, and plentiful (I ordered the hibachi combo). And big bonus, halal! The restaurant was clean, warm, and inviting. The owner and staff were kind as well. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

We tried Hibachi Black Pepper Chicken with veggies and fried rice. The serving size was good. And we also tried BBQ Chicken Musubi and I really liked both of the dishes. The Kheer (rice pudding) reminded me of my mom, just the right balance of sweetness. The overall bill was under $25 I think. The lady at the counter was very welcoming and helpful and made our experience even better.

I was welcomed by the new owner and ordered the Signature Hawaii bbq mix. The meal was juicy and fresh; my entire family enjoyed it. Food is halal, highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing food, extremely generous portions. We got the chicken/beef hibachi and this was the best I’ve had in Virginia. The owners are super nice and made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and trying the rest of their menu!

Stopped by for the Ramadan buffet and it was a great experience. They served appetizers to open the fast and had a freshly cooked selection of chicken, beef, shrimp, fried rice, noodles, etc. The food was delicious, place was super clean, and service was top notch. The staff were very attentive and this place offers a rare halal Japanese cuisine experience in the DMV area. Looking forward to the next visit for other menu items.
