As a service that caters to those who care about their health and fitness the lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. Not that the customer service was poor it was simply non-existent. I called several times today as I am seeking a meal prep service that can meet my set macros after reviewing information online I was quickly able to identify that macros simply could not be correct. I only needed to know the portion size and macros and after visiting both locations and making 5 phone calls that question is still not answered. If you are a detailed about tracking your calories and macros I would not recommend this service if the attention to detail in their food preparation in anyway resembles their customer service I would not trust what is on their labels.

I am not generally one to complain or to send food back at restaurants, but this is insane-- a piece of stainless steel wire in my egg bakes this morning. Somehow I managed to slice my egg in just the right spot to see this before I put it in my mouth. Had I swallowed it I'd be in the ER right now. I understand mistakes happen but this is insane. I have no confidence in any of their food at this point and I will be cancelling my subscription. I would advise that everyone take great care, as their kitchen tools appear to be quite dangerous.

If you’re having a hard time meal prepping. This is the place to go. They don’t give you the same thing. Everyday and week is different. They make healthy eating good. They have different plans to choose from. Pictures below are from the keto option.

I have tried several different places that deliver meals. 1% fitness are by far the best and tastiest meals! I also love that they are labeled so well so you know exactly how much protein or fats you're getting. Incredible company!

Love to get the message that said my meal is ready and that joke a very nice joke always make me smile 😁 but when I get to eat the meal 🤩🥰 I fall in love. They are very nice and help me if I have any questions. I love to reach just for the food in the refrigerator and just warm it in the microwave for 2 minutes and is ready and delicious 😋🥰 so much easy to manage 💪
