I had a great experience with my interactions with the team at 1-800 Accountant. Everyone was super professional and informative. In particular Niki went out of her way to spend some extra time with me and answer all my questions and helped me get what I needed done. I recommend you choose to have them work with you and your business needs and you will not be disappointed.

If you're a new business starting out, this company may seem like a good option. But I would highly recommend not using their services as their communication through their entire company is terrible. They placed me with AA subcontracted accountant that did not work for them. And this accountant, multiple times said that we were not available for the appointments on top of that. This accountant would call us outside of the schedule appointments to talk with us But then on the back end, when we complained about everything she said that we never made the appointments.So I really hope that you guys don't have such a bad experience as I had.Because it really frustrated me along with the point that I signed up in june of 2025 with the agreement that we would take care of 2024 and also plan for 2

I’m so frustrated I can barely type, I’ve been trying to sync and do my books for over 6 months I’ve asked for assistance over and over again all I is I can use their bookkeeper for 300 a month are you joking? Nope I added a holding company this year to protect my LLC and assets so I called in to get a quote, I almost hit the floor on a non income producing holding company 700 to file the taxes for what honestly for what, then tried to sell me again book keeping software that doesn’t work you can’t select all and Categorize everything I’m currently sitting here waiting on 26 to be categorized and it’s been 26 min still not done. This will be my last and final year I use them I’m so done over 2k for personal and business taxes plus half ass book keeping software is not worth it. Don’t bothe

To 1-800Accountant: You’ve denied my refund, citing a rigid 30-day policy. As if that excuses the failure of your service. Let’s be clear: your policy is a shield, not a solution. You hide behind it to avoid accountability. Not to protect your clients. Your service was awful. You overpromised, underdelivered, and when I asked for resolution. You pointed to fine print instead of fixing the problem. That’s not professionalism—that’s blasphemy against honest business. You are a funnel company. You prey on trust, lock people into overpriced packages, and vanish when things go wrong. I will be warning others, on every platform I can reach. Not to fall for your bait. You had a chance to make this right. You chose denial. I choose truth.
